Scheduling Optimization of Medical Personnel at Dustira Hospital Using Genetic Algorithm
Abstract
The emergency department its importance in medical services as requiring handling rapid appraisal of patient care. Every people of medical must be ready to handle the patients for 24 hours. Every power medical scheduled to be held in emergency in a month divided into three shifts every day namely shift morning, night shift and day shift. In addition, every power medical scheduled should not charge of mankind of shift same on the day later on successive and frequency the number of nurse men and women restricted. With the number of doctor as many as 10 others, 35 nurses, nine midwives and five people of admin, not easy to scheduling. One method that can be used for schedule is genetics algorithm with its excellence that is looking for a solution without should try a whole solution. Previous research using genetics algorithm including lecture scheduling and scheduling ormawa. The system established the optimization scheduling medical staff algorithm genetics implemented in software. This research project produce system scheduling working time medical workers in the emergency department hospital Dustira in accordance with prescribed rules.Testing done five times testing in 3000 evulosi. When testing, system the number of the offense had not dropped happened to generation to 55, so that the project stop when reach a maximum generation determined, namely 3000 generation. The sum total offense smallest 68 genes on third test at the process during 16 seconds.
