Sistem Rekomendasi Community Training Program Using Profile Matching Method

Abstract

The development of computer technology today has brought influence and rapid progress in various fields including government agencies. This is because the use of technology can affect the progress and decision making in the agency itself. The labor and transmigration service is an institution that essentially provides services to the community in the field of labor dispatching services and to produce skilled labor, has become a program of the labor and transmigration service to provide training programs especially for the community at work age . The many types of training proposed and held are not in accordance with the circumstances or skills potentials required by the community in a particular area making the training not in accordance with the role of the Department of labor. So the need for a system capable of recommending the right type of training for the community by using Profile Matching method. In this study the village data with 12 criteria used are agrarian, industry, entrepreneur, elementary, junior high school, D1-D3, S1-S2, men work, working women, men not working, women not working and will Produce 135 alternatives including computers, beauty tatarias, catering, automotive, agriculture, electronics, accounting, landscaping, farming and others. The test result of the system suitability level is 95%
