Abstract

Financial Administration is one of the activities carried out by construction services at the company PT Sejahtera Mulia Kencana. Management such as memorandum of expenditure for project operational costs is managed by the construction service employee. Based on observations by interviewing the project manager, it was found that there were many obstacles in the process of making operational cost reports. The PT Sejahtera Mulia Kencana Construction Services Financial Administration Information System is a system created to be a solution to existing obstacles. The system has test results, namely making a system that includes existing business processes, made into several functions on the system such as User Management, Project Management, Budget Funds, Operational Costs and Final Reports. The function is created by incorporating the business process requirements to make it more effective
