Abstract

The review is done at fast food restaurants to find or rate employees so that they produce some people who provide good points, very good and bad predictions. Employee is one of the assets owned by the company in this case fast food restaurant, see and maintain the quality of the employees of course is one of the determinants of the sustainability of fast food restaurants, for that matter conducted a review of employees in order to maintain and improve the quality of fast food restaurants. Create rewards to karwayan by reviewing first mepupakan appropriate appreciation received for assets perusahaanja employees. Assessment method using the concept of data mining using C45 algorithm used in implementing employee data so that it can be known patterns of existing employees. The study was conducted at fast food restaurants in bogor city by looking at the large number of employees according to the composition of data mining. The result of this study is known as a very high achievement test on the achievement score of 97.71%. This is a category with a very high value.
