Abstract

Quality Risk Management (QRM) is part of PT. INTI (Persero) Bandung has an important role in quality assurance and risk management. One of QRM's tasks is managing Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE). QRM manages HSE through several publications related to HSE process guidance and support documents. The document management process is currently not digitized, where the documents are still stored in the document rack in hardcopy form. This results in the accumulation of documents in the storage area, difficulty in finding the required documents, and the risk of loss or damage to documents. This research will try to change the process of managing HSE documents at QRM PT. INTI went digital with the waterfall method with the aim of helping simplify and speed up the process of managing HSE documents. The results of the research are a web-based HSE Document Repository System with the functions of managing master data, managing documents, managing activities, and managing reports.
